The Annual General Meeting for 2020 will once again be held virtually via Zoom and is scheduled for May 19th 2021 at 6:00pm.
The Zoom meeting link will be made available to all NOTL BBA members in good standing 24 hours before the AGM.
This page will be used as a documentation & resources depository for your convenience and updated accordingly.
Although we always encourage all members to attend the AGM meetings themselves, you can authorize any other member in good standing, including any Board member, to vote on your behalf. If you wish to do so, you are invited to follow the instructions included in the proxy form below.
