Invoices and Payment


Whether you are an accommodation member or a business partner, there are 3 possible ways to pay your invoices to the Niagara-on-the-Lake Bed and Breakfast Association.
1. Paying by cheque
You can either drop off your cheque at one of the designated board member property below or send it by mail.

Mail: If you decide to send your cheque by mail, make sure that the name of your business and the nature of your payment is clearly indicated.

2. Sending an E-transfer
The easiest way to send an E-transfer is to go into your online banking and select “Interac Transfer”.
-You will be asked for the payee’s name:    NOTLBBA
-You will be asked for the email address:
-Then you will be asked to select or create a security question and provide the answer.
-Please clearly indicate the name of your business and the nature of your payment (note or comment box). Once done, simply send your payment to the email address above.

After your transfer has been sent and confirmed, send a separate email to the same address (, providing the answer to your security question. When we receive the e-mail we will answer the question, deposit the funds and mark your payment as processed.  
3. Paying by credit card
Although the first two options above are preferred, you can also pay your invoices using your Visa or Mastercard credit card. Contact the Association by email at ( to let us know of your intention and someone will contact you back in order to process your payment.
