Back for its third season, the Foster Festival will keep you laughing all summer long! “This season explores the meaning of family. What makes us love and laugh together? Family does.” says Artistic Director, Patricia Vanstone.  The festival runs from June 27th to August 25th and is showcasing 3 comedies by Norm Foster at the Cairns Hall Stage in St. Catharines.
