Fort George Commemorates the “Great War”

It’s been 100 years since the “Great War” (World War 1).  June 17-18, Fort George will be hosting a commemorative event including re-enactors from across North American that will bring Fort George National Historic Site’s roots as Camp Niagara to life with displays and demonstrations honouring those who fought in the “war to end all wars”.  Learn more about the part Niagara-on-the-Lake played in fighting for our continued freedom and liberty.
