Via Buffalo: QEW north to exit 38 and follow the signs to highway 55 all the way to Niagara-on-the-Lake or follow the signs at the Peace Bridge to the Scenic Niagara Parkway and follow it from Fort Erie into Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Via Niagara Falls NY: Cross the Rainbow Bridge & follow the signs to the Niagara Parkway north to Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Via Lewiston: Cross the Queenston-Lewiston Bridge & follow the signs to Niagara Parkway north to Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Via Detroit and points west: Take highway 401 east to 403 Hamilton, to QEW south Hamilton/Niagara. Go past St. Catherines and after going over the Garden City skyway bridge take exit 38b, Niagara-on-the-Lake and follow the signs to town.
