Sanibel North is a spacious home that offers a water front view unique to this location. Just walk in the front door and you can look across the river to the USA and see Fort Niagara!
This vacation home is located in the prestigious sailing club district of the historic old town in Niagara on the Lake. This quaint neighbourhood is close to the Queens Landing Hotel and is unique with a real mix of quaint cottages and big beautiful homes. Sanibel North has contemporary decor and is made to feel comfortable with the gleaming hard wood floors, huge fire place and easy walk out to the back patio! Spend your vacation watching the sail boats and feeling that cool summer's breeze! Also available in the winter, so that's when the fireplace comes in handy and makes it toasty warm!
This two story brick home was designed with the view in mind! Main floor is open concept to living room, dining room, and kitchen. The large foyer is a great gathering space to sit around and listen to the someone play the piano! There is a washroom with shower also on the main floor.
Upstairs is 3 large bedrooms. The master has an en suite bathroom with shower and double sinks. This bedroom also has a pull out couch. The middle bedroom offers a queen and the 3rd bedroom also has a queen and a single twin in as well! These two bedrooms share a bathroom that has a separate shower, soaking tub and double sinks! Laundry facilities are on this floor.
Its a great place to spend time with your favourite people.
-Parking is available for 2 to 3 cars at your vacation rental. No overnight parking on streets allow in the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake!
