Served at 9 o'clock, Ken's daily creation typically starts off with a fruit dish using local and seasonal fruits when available. Following that you'll enjoy an ever-changing selection of made-from-scratch delicacies including fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes with sausage, Croque Madame, Spicy Sausage Quesadilla and Ken's Bacon Wrapped Egg cups. Our home fries, granola and even our breads are all homemade for your enjoyment. Guests of Highbrook Bed & Breakfast enjoy a new entrée each morning. Stay the week and try something different every day!
Whenever hunger strikes, you can help yourself to a variety of goodies in our Snack Bar. A platter of homemade muffins and other freshly-baked goodies, along with various snacks is always available. Tea, coffee, water and pop is on hand too.
We can accommodate some dietary concerns, so please let us know of any requests at time of booking.
Follow QEW exit 38B Glendale avenue North. Follow the signs to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Follow Highway 55 (Niagara Stone Road) for approx. 13km (8 miles). On entering the Historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, just past Jackson Trigg's Winery, Highway 55 becomes Mississauga Street. Go through the next set of lights (Mary Street) past Tim Horton's and Gage is the third street on the left.
Hwy 401 and 403 toward Niagara. Then follow same route as above.
From the USA:
Enter Canada at the Lewiston Bridge onto Highway 405. After about 2 miles take the Stanley Road exit. Follow the signs to Niagara-on-the-Lake along Portage Road to the traffic circle and along the Niagara Parkway. Continue through the Heritage District of Niagara-on-the-Lake and, at the Golf Course, turn left on Mississauga Street (Hwy 55) turn right onto Gage Street.
