Directions
From TORONTO:
Follow QEW towards Niagara, exit 38B, Regional Road 89 (Glendale Avenue North), turn right and cross back over the QEW, turn left at the Hilton Garden Inn, take the first right onto Airport Road, take 2nd right onto Hwy 55 (Niagara Stone Road). After approx. 13 km (8 miles) you will enter the old town of Niagara-on-the-Lake when Niagara Stone Road becomes Mississagua Street. Abacot Hall (508 Mississagua Street) is on your right just past Anne Street. If you reach Tim Horton's at the stoplights, you have gone one block too far.
From the USA:
Enter Canada at the Queenston-Lewiston Bridge onto Highway 405. After about 2 miles take the Stanley Road exit then turn right onto Portage Road following the signs to Niagara on the Lake. Follow the road to the traffic circle. Exit the traffic circle at the Niagara-on-the-Lake sign. You are now on the scenic Niagara Parkway. Follow the Niagara Parkway for about 8 miles to the Heritage district of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Continue down the main street (now the name has changed to Queen Street) and, at the golf course, turn left on Mississagua Street. Go through the first set of stoplights. Abacot Hall is one block further, on your left, the 1st driveway past John Street. -
