Schoolmaster's House B&B
Niagara on the Lake
The Schoolmaster's House, circa 1818, is a former tutoring home for Empire Loyalist families in the 1830s, we are ideally situated at the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake Wine country. Our B&B has been exquisitely and faithfully restored, one of the earliest nineteenth century Niagara-on-the-Lake Bed and Breakfasts. In addition to the lovely suites, enjoy our beautiful perennial gardens, including three pergolas, Koi Pond, and stream. We invite you to explore our Niagara-on-the-Lake B&B and spend some time with us.
Spend the day exploring the shops, take in a show at the Shaw Festival, bike or hike the trails, sample the wonderful restaurants in Niagara-on-the-Lake, or take a wine tour and discover the award-winning wineries (and breweries) in our region. In the evening, relax with a glass of wine or beer (BYOB) in the garden or sitting room. Schoolmaster's House Bed & Breakfast features three private rooms with ensuite baths. All of our rooms are on the second floor and are adjoining, we can accommodate up to 8 people.
