It has a large bedroom suite with King bed and dressing room. A small TV on the wall with an Amazon Fire stick provides access to your favourite online streaming service. The bathroom includes a no-step stand-up shower. Bedding, towels, hair dryers, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo and hand soap are provided.

The large living room and sitting room has numerous bookshelves loaded with books in all genres, including art, antiques, literature, and book collecting. The sofa pulls out to a Queen bed for additional guests. Large screen TV above the gas fireplace provides for downtime when not exploring the town.

Bookseller's Cottage includes a second sitting room with another gas fireplace at the back of the house as well as small dining room. Fully-equipped kitchen with full size fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, drip-coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses).

The kitchen is pre-stocked with salt and pepper, sugar packets, non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths and enough coffee and tea to get you started. The laundry is located downstairs in the basement and is supplied with laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets.

The back deck includes more places to sit in the sun or the shade to relax with a book, cook dinner on the BBQ/grill, and enjoy the private garden.

The Reading Room is located in the backyard. It's a detached garage converted into a private seating area with more books! And a second full bathroom wtih walk-in shower.

This updated home is just steps from the many offerings that Canada's most picturesque town has to offer. Take a short stroll to the many world-class restaurants, Shaw Festival Theatres, and quaint boutiques that line downtown Queen Street. Visit the Niagara wineries (breweries and even distilleries) scattered throughout the area. We invite you to stay at The Bluebird in Niagara-on-the-Lake for an experience you will want to repeat.
